\nThis Book<\/p><\/h2><\/div>

We wrote this book to demonstrate the importance of creating and developing flexible and innovative leadership strategies in today\u2019s fast-paced business world. We use the analogy of \u201cwhack-a-mole\u201d to point out that no matter how many times you whack a problem, another problem pops up.<\/p>\n

Problems keep popping up, and we find ourselves taking piecemeal approaches to solve them. We wanted to show how leaders could resolve problems from a holistic, organizational systems perspective. Our hope was that we could impart our experience and knowledge to help leaders (and prospective leaders) reflect on themselves and their leadership practices.<\/p>\n<\/div>
